Ready to increase your sales? This guide will help you get your first test up and running in four simple steps.
Step 1 - Choose a product
Choose a product that has decent traffic. Something on your homepage or that you're sending traffic to through an ad campaign. We're going to set up a test using this product to optimize conversions.
Step 2 - Design a test
In Neat A/B Testing, you can test your product titles, descriptions, images, and pricing. For your first test, choose one of these attributes. Many Neat A/B Testing users have found success testing an alternate image, some seeing over 50% increases in sales. Another popular option is pricing. Shop owners have increased their profits by increasing their prices on popular items by 20-50%.
Step 3 - Create your test
Once you have your test in mind, click the "Create a Test" button on your Neat A/B Dashboard.
On the next screen, select Product attribute test and select the product you would like to test.
This will bring up a form you can use to set up your test variant. Go to the attribute you would like to test and change it. For example, if you want to test a new primary image, check the radio button next to the image you would like to test. When you're ready, hit Start test.
Step 4 - Sit back and relax
Congratulations! That's all there is to it. When you start a test, the changed version of your product will is made active in your shop immediately. It will run for 24 hours. After 24 hours, the original version of your product will show. They will switch every 24 hours until you select a winner. As Neat A/B Testing gathers data, it will show in your main dashboard along with helpful statistical information to help you make the best decision.
